Alberto is authentic!!! He sings the menu to you and also takes care of everything. We met him on the street, he welcomed us to Buendía and we asked him if he had room to eat, he told us we had to reserve, but he made a space for us. The chicken was divine, it's been a long time since we've had chicken like that. Good quality price. We would come back without hesitation 😊😊😊😊

Alberto is a genius, that says it all. It's best to book and get some advice on what to eat... the paella he made was a 10/10, and the prices are fantastic. I highly recommend stopping by to sample his fantastic cuisine... we'll definitely be back.

After a morning of hiking and swimming in Buendia, we went to Bar Julmi for lunch, and it was a great choice. Alberto recommended it to us, and everything was excellent. The food is delicious, 100% homemade, and the service and value for money are top-notch. There are some celiacs in the group, and they were able to eat gluten-free without any problems; they have it completely under control. The mushroom scramble, salads, pork cheeks, chicken, ribs, and the cheesecake… all very good. Highly recommended. Thank you for the service, the friendly approach, and the attention. Best regards.

We had a few ravioli dinner last Friday and loved it so much we had to come back Saturday to try the paella (we loved it). I also want to give a shout-out to Alberto, who not only cooks wonderfully, but is also very entertaining and friendly.

The owner told us what to eat, as if we were at his house. The dishes were €10, and you choose; we let him advise us, and it was so good. The dessert was spectacular, the cheesecake was mouthwatering. I left there rolling, haha. We'll definitely be back because everything was delicious. We ordered scrambled eggs with mushrooms and truffles, roast chicken, and barbecue ribs, all with homemade fries. Make a reservation beforehand, though. A unique restaurant in Buendía, with generous, super-delicious portions and spectacular rice dishes. It's run by Alberto, its owner, a great professional and an even better person. Thank you, Alberto, and we're threatening to return for that delicious cheesecake.

We went to dinner with some friends, and Alberto, the chef, is very friendly and served us very kindly. Homemade food at a very good price and of very good quality. They treated us very well and we ate even better. The chicken, the cod, the Russian salad, the stew and the 10 torrija. Highly recommended!! Perfect place after visiting the Route of the Faces. Thanks for everything!
